Scenic Byway 38

ECEC is on a popular tourist route between the Oregon coast and Crater Lake, halfway between I-5 and Highway 101 in the vibrant historic town of Elkton, Oregon (with a population of < 200 residents). From Eugene, go south on I-5 to Exit 162 and follow Highway 38 West to Elkton. From Reedsport, take Highway 38 East to Elkton. From Roseburg, go north on I-5 to Exit 136 and take Highway 138 West to Elkton.
