Our Board of Directors is a group of local community members who care deeply about Elkton and the role ECEC plays here. They guide big-picture decisions, support our mission, and make sure we’re staying true to what matters most: creating opportunities for people to learn, connect and belong. Each board member brings their own perspective, but they all share a commitment to keeping this place strong and growing.

Staff

The heart of ECEC is our staff and volunteers, the people you’ll see making things happen every day. Whether they’re running programs, caring for the space, mentoring youth or welcoming visitors, they’re the ones who turn grassroot ideas into real experiences for our community.
