Save time, money, and water with native plants

Our Native Plant Nursery features a wide variety of native plants and pollinator-friendly perennials selected to thrive in our region. Using native plants in your landscape supports pollinators, reduces irrigation needs, and helps prevent invasive species from taking hold.

We seasonally carry pollinator perennials and native plants, with the widest selection available during our Mother’s Day Plant Sale, including veggie starts and hanging baskets.

Looking for something specific? Check out our complete plant list here or contact us to ask about current availability.

Planting with intention

Not sure where to start? One simple and impactful approach is creating a Monarch Waystation using a mix of milkweed host plants and nectar-producing plants that bloom throughout early, mid, and late summer. Sample garden layouts designed by Deserae Maxwell from our Youth Employment Program offer inspiration for a variety of spaces.

Planning a larger project? Contact our office for information about bulk plant purchases and planting plans. You can also see our plants in action at the pollinator corridor at Dean Creek Elk Viewing Area and in our large-scale milkweed demonstration bed on the ECEC campus.
