To Reserve The Field:
- Please check the calendar for availability.
- Use the online field request form for field reservations. If you prefer a printable PDF a form is available below.
- Print the Activity Participant Waiver Form below for each day there will be participants on the recreation or softball field.
- Please check in and out each day the field is in use with the office liaison.
