To Reserve The Field:

  1. Please check the calendar for availability.
  2. Use the online field request form for field reservations. If you prefer a printable PDF a form is available below.
  3. Print the Activity Participant Waiver Form below for each day there will be participants on the recreation or softball field.
  4. Please check in and out each day the field is in use with the office liaison.
